THE EATER GUIDE TO BMO STADIUM

Soccer season is here again, which means matches are back at LA’s BMO Stadium for LAFC and Angel City FC. In addition to the usual slate of gameday fare, including hot dogs, popcorn, and nachos, BMO Stadium’s executive chef Hugo Miranda has assembled a lineup of concessions that reflects LA’s culinary diversity, with tteokbokki, Peruvian chicken, conchas, tortas, and more. Plus, Orange County’s blockbuster Mercado Gonzalez opened a satellite store in the stadium stocking essentials like chicharron, duros de harina, and aguas frescas. Whether a longtime fan, still trying to figure out what offsides means, or just tagging along for the wings, there’s something for everyone to enjoy on matchday at BMO Stadium.

  • Gates open 90 minutes before kick-off on match days

  • Tailgating is permitted in the designated Christmas Tree Lane area only
  • Stadium is accessible off the Metro E Line at the Expo Park/USC station
  • Two-beer limit per transaction at all concession stands

An Eater Editor’s Best Bites at BMO Stadium

Goal-Mok (Section 119): Koreatown classics meet stadium food at Goal-Mok. Order the spicy tteokbokki, which comes crispy and fried in a gochujang sauce with rice on the side, or the Seoul bowl with sweet and spicy boneless Korean fried chicken.

South End Nachos (Section 126): It’s not a match without a colossal bucket of nachos and South End Nachos delivers. The steak nachos come with a white queso, while the chicken comes with a standard yellow queso. Both are topped with sour cream, cilantro, pico de gallo, refried pinto beans, and salsa verde.

East Los Eats (Section 117): Head to East Los Eats for spicy wings. Served on a bed of crispy waffle fries, the wings are doused in a chile-forward seasoning and arrive hot and juicy. The serving portion is quite generous, so recruit some friends to share with.

Shin Ramyun Cafe (The Fields): What could be better than a pre-match Shin Ramyun? Nongshim Cafe is serving fully loaded cups of spicy Shin Ramyun with tender pork belly, kimchi, and an egg.

The Fields
